Description

The Radonix Sewing CNC Controller is purpose-built for single-axis and dual-motor sewing machines, executing 2D design files (DXF) without needing jigs and with repeatable precision. Thanks to the integrated thread breakage control sensor, continuous monitoring ensures minimal downtime and production errors. The system keeps a constant stitching pitch even when adjusting sewing speed along the path and can automatically repeat stitches at the start and end of each line as required. Additionally, in quilting applications, designs can be automatically scaled to fit custom dimensions, reducing manual intervention and setup time. For optimal performance, pair this solution with a Radonix PC-Smart 3AS or Radonix PC-Smart 4A controller. Both provide robust LAN-based communication, reliable pulse outputs, and extensive I/O options—making the Radonix Sewing CNC Controller an excellent choice for high-efficiency stitching across multiple textile applications.
