“Radviliskis machine factory” produces and offers complete 1000-5000kg/h pelleting lines for various raw materials — we offer turnkey solutions for customers worldwide. Pellets are produced from dry raw materials, which are milled to 1-3mm particle size and then pressed into pellets (most popular pellet diameters are 6mm and 8mm), without using any additional binder, except water. Binders and other materials can be added to the process. Standard pellet lines include: • - Raw material supply unit (bunker with moving floor or conveyor for bales, etc.) • - Hammer mill with stone catcher and material settling cyclones; • - Pelleting system OGM-1,5A, single or double, with cooling and screening of pellets; • - Packing system (into big bags or small bags). Pellets can be produced from various types of biomass materials — wood waste, sawdust, wood chips, straw, corn cobs, alfalfa (lucerne), grain, grass, etc. Pellets can also be produced from waste material like horse/cow manure, chicken manure, biogas digestate and similar. To produce the highest quality pellets, it is very important to have dry (11-14% moisture content) and clean raw materials. Technical parameters: • - Pellet line production capacity depending on raw material and set configuration. • - Installed power of total installed motor power. • - Staff required for pellet line operation — 1-2 persons per shift. • - Required minimum dimensions of standard pellet line: L-20 m, W-10 m, H-6 m. • - Various modifications are available. Pellets can be used as: • - Biomass fuel for homes, farms, schools, factories, etc; • - Bedding for horses, cows, chickens and domestic animals; • - Natural liquid absorbent;
