The MT-001 is a high quality rugged performance-based tachometer for use in elevator and other control systems. Unlike most other tachs the MT-001 has a cast housing and is designed to a European NEMA 4 equivalent. With very low voltage ripple (0.2%) the MT-001 out-performs other "industry standard" tachs that generate over 1% ripple and more. In most applications, reversing error is also a big factor with the MT-001 at a low 0.1% percent as compared to 2% and above for others. Four-brush rigging also extends the long life of these excellent tachometers that are competively priced. Rated up to 9000 RPM for use in any application. Also available in flange mount . 5/16" shaft diameter.
