Please note that proper installation and maintenance of your RAETTS system are critical to system performance. RAETTS Tensioner Feature: Designed to provide years of reliable service. The tensioner idler profile is designed to prevent debris from building up, keeping the unit well balanced. Pivot assembly is spring-loaded for low vibration and reduced wear. Idler uses two bearings for long life and smooth operation, due to reduced vibration. Spring should be changed annually to maintain tension for optimum belt life and blower performance. Spring is quick and easy to change, no need to remove the tensioner.
