Designed by Stewart Gill Conveyors Ltd, the UK- based subsidiary of Railtechniek BV, the Cleantrack™ conveyor offers an ultra-hygienic solution for the food processing and related industries. The Cleantrack™ is a lightweight, easily adaptable system which operates with no metal to metal contact, ensuring a non-toxic, non-corrosive and smooth running operating environment. All track parts, drive units, idlers, bearings and fasteners are made from Grade 304 stainless steel, whilst all trolley straps, rollers and drive teeth are manufactured from hygienic, heavy-duty thermo plastic. The Cleantrack's™ trolley is 50% lighter than cast steel. It is produced from (POM) Polyoxymethylene), which ensures good chemical resistance, low moisture absorption and temperature resistance. It has an ultra-smooth surface for better cleaning and comes in standard colors of blue and red. The trolley is also available in stainless steel upon the request of the customer. Also, Cleantrack's™ modular construction facilitates layout changes to suit different production requirements. It can, for example, be integrated into a range of automation systems such as counters, on-line weighers and automated cutting machines.
