Neat oils provide the best lubrication. High quality neat cutting oils are based on severely refined narrow cut base oils and designed for general purpose to severe machining operations of all metals. As a general rule, neat oils are used for more difficult operations, whereas heavy cuts are preferred where fine finishes are required. These machining conditions generally require cutting speeds of less than 100 surface feet (30m) per minute. Kyros FERROCUT® neat cutting oils are formulated using best quality hydro-cracked base oils, natural fats, synthetic esters, anti-wear agents, Extreme Pressure agents containing chlorine/ sulphur / phosphorous, as well as other ingredients. Chlorine free versions are also available. Some of the Ferrocut oils are low evaporating & anti-mist type. Biodegradable products free from mineral oil are also included in the product range. Kyros FERROCUT® H/ CF Series: ( Kyros FERROCUT® H-5/CF,H51/CF, H 105/CF, H 30/HV) High flash point, low misting, chlorine free honing oils containing special additives and exhibiting excellent skin compatibility. Kyros FERROCUT® H-8/CF, H8/CF-D: Speciality honing oils recommended for low to medium severity machining operations. Kyros FERROCUT® H-5/CF, H105/CF, H-8/CF are especially recommended for R-134a compatible machining operations.
