The automatic sawing machine Gemini 100-3 is the latest evolution of the famous Gemini 80-2, sold in hundreds of specimens all over the world. The EVO 2018 of Gemini, the Gemini 100-3, maintains intact the strengths of the traditional machine and further strengthens the characteristics of speed, robustness and precision that have always distinguished this model. The sawing machine is suitable for single, double (vertical) and triple cutting (vertical, up to max. diameter 30mm) of pipe and/or bar, both with HM disposable blades and with HSS blades. Available with cutting head for steel, brass, ecobrass and aluminium/copper, the Gemini 100-3 is designed to be a high- performancemachine. The new basement, consisting of a single block machined to machine tools and whose weight has been increased to 3,500 kg, further increases the stability of the machine, helping to increase the life of Machine and Blade, allowing tool savings as well as downtime for blade replacement.
