Fully automatic straightening, cutting and brushing machine for capillary tubes. You can work both copper and aluminum. Possibility to choose between four different types of unwinder for pipe wrapped in coils. The system is managed through a SIEMENS operator panel. Working tube diameters: Ø 2.58 ÷ 6.35 mm. The main functions of the machine are: •Unwinding and straightening of the pipe coming from the coil. •Measuring the length of the tube with encoder. •Advancement of the material, by means of a roller system driven by a controlled motor. •Cut to measure for removal of chips (disc cutting). •Brushing of the two ends of the capillary. •Deposit in a slide-trap. The gear change is extremely simple and economical. As the production changes, you move the roller holder plate, without the need to replace the rollers themselves. The time for the change is therefore extremely limited. System manufactured in accordance with the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC, to guarantee the highest level of operator safety. The machine's protections are made of transparent material, allowing to have a complete and comprehensive view of the machine during its operation. Together with the machine, the user manual is supplied, accompanied by the list of recommended spare parts, with indication of their recommended replacement, and by the maintenance instructions.
