Basket and knives made on stain less steel AISI 304 and food nylon stamps. The automatic shutdown hydraulic unit ensures consumption reduction and greater noiselessness. The working cycle of the DSS double cut semiautomatic square divider provides independent pressing and cutting by joystick and manual lid opening. The machine offers the possibility to work at 10 or 20 divisions and 15 or 30 divisions, choosing the number of pieces by manual lever.
