Produced with state of the art machinery from german printer manufacturer EOS, we build parts from strong and rugged nylon 12. Ideal for both prototyping and production of end use parts where strength and visual appearance are important Technolgy Overview SLS parts are built from a polymer powder using a laser to selectively melt the material that will become the part. This way it is possible to produce highly detailed and very strong parts of any geometry as there is no need for any support material. With our SLS machinery we are able to produce parts up to 300x300x400 mm in size with automatic quoting and up to 300x300x600 mm with manual quotes. We can also nest hundreds, or even thousands of copies of your parts in a single build. Do you need something even larger produced? We are also able to split your part into smaller pieces and assemble after printing.
