Since you demanded for it, we made it! The RWP-002SS provides the ultimate in strength and wear resistance. The product is a 3/4" dovetail fixture and is utilized in milling and turning applications. It provides superior clamping strength and also allows access to five different sides of the workpiece. 17-4 Stainless Steel heat treated to H-1150 is used to manufacture standard RWP-002SS. To make it easy to hold the part on four or five axis CNC machines raptor dovetail fixtures are made. Rigid clamping is provided by the fixture and while only five faces of the workpiece are exposed. Almost all the features on the part can be done in a single operation. The Raptor dovetail's spring loaded clamps are unique and require only 1/8" of material for the workpiece to be held. That would mean less wastage, easier preparation and no distortion. All the parts are prepared by you with a single dovetail and the same fixture is used for every part which makes this product easy, strong and efficient.
