The RWP-405 is an aluminum rail, 8" in length with four clamps, utilizes a 0.750" dovetail width x .125” high. This is a dovetail fixture for Five Axis and Horizontal milling applications. It offers superior clamping strength and good access to five sides of the workpiece. The fixture can be used to hold one large workpiece or multiple pieces together along the same surface. The standard RWP-405 is manufactured from 7075-T6511 aluminum and anodized: Class 2 Type II. Custom materials can be special-ordered. The fixture clamps are made from 17-4 Stainless Steel.
