Description

SW12 is the biggest Rasor bench cutting machine. For over 25 years within the market, the model SW12 reached the highest level in technology and safety and still can collect a big success in the high thickness cutting application. Its 120mm diameter knife allows the cut of fabrics upto 50mm thickness. The powerfull 180Watt motor combined with a strong bronze/steel coupling gears create high torque plus a high blade speed of 850RPM. SW12 is widely applied in textile or technical fabrics fields and it is especially suitable to cut high thickness material like mattress, foams and natural fibers in many layers. The new push button sharpening stone allows the sharpening of the knife edge to be done in less than 10 seconds without removing the knife. The aluminium cutting base with rolls is Teflon® coated to allow the easy feed of the machine and the reduction of the friction between the platform and the material. Model SW12 is definetly the best professional bench cutting machine for high thickness.
