RAV SISTEMI presents its semi-automatic station for filling and capping powders for small-medium batches of product and low-medium dosage. This station, consisting of two independent machines on the same bench, allows two operators to carry out all the packaging operations (filling and capping) one in front of the other without moving, assisted by a conveyor belt (part of the supply). ) which transfers the containers to be capped from one operator to another. Manual insertion of the containers is foreseen under the filling and capping stations and manual insertion of the cap. All the other operations (dosage, transfer of the bottles from one station to another and capping) are automatic. Ideal for small batches of product and small dosages (less than 100 grams). It can be equipped with a 4 or 9 liter loading hopper and capping head for pressure caps, screw or ring nut.
