RAV04L is a linear machine for macrodosing powder (ideal from 20 grams up to 3 kg). The screw system allows dosing of powdery and granular products that are also less flowing or that tend to pack. Without additional changeover costs for bottles of different sizes it can reach a production up to 32 pieces / min (for dosages of less than 100 grams and depending on the product and container). An electropneumatic separation system mounted on the conveyor belt guides the bottles in the filling area; in the event of excessive dusting by very volatile products, a pneumatic system lowers the inlet funnel on the mouth of the bottle in order to dose it directly inside the container. Dosing group with screw system (of different shape and size depending on the product to be treated) and mixer, mounted on a column with manual or motorized height adjustment and the possibility of rotation outside the bench for disassembly and cleaning. Stainless steel hopper (9, 30 or 45 liter capacity) with feed opening; powder level control with provision for automatic feeder.
