RFJ280G-ALW-DNN is a 2.8-inch, IPS, active matrix TFT-LCD module with aspect ratio 3:4. The module features wide viewing angle thanks to the IPS panel which is one of the most popular techniques on the market now. This 2.8-inch TFT module adopts driver IC ILI9341V supporting MCU/SPI interface. The brightness is 800 cd/m2 with contrast ratio 500:1. Operating temperature covers from -20~+70℃, storage temperature range is from -30~+80℃.
