RFA6400E-AWW-DNN is IPS transmissive type TFT LCD display module. This IPS TFT display module has a 4 inch diagonally measured active display area with 480x480 resolution and 1:1 aspect ratio. The module features wide viewing angle and great color performance thanks to IPS panel technology. The brightness (typical value) is 500 cd/m2 with contrast ratio (typical value) 800:1. It uses ST7701S driver IC which supports 24-bit RGB Interface. RFA6400E-AWW-DNN TFT LCD module works within wide temperature range from -30 to +80℃, storage temperature covers from -30 to +80℃.
