The forming lubricant is applied oil mist-free to round plates and blanks by low-wear felt rollers. Pneumatic cylinders with a stroke length of approx. 15 mm press the top roller onto the material. The contact between the lubricating rollers and the material allows the forming lubricant to be applied. The lubricant supply comes from the inside via fixed hollow shafts. The upper lubricating roller is driven by a 180 V motor for the blank transport, the control voltage is 230 V 50 Hz. The speed is controlled via a potentiometer.
