Semi-automatic steam belt cleaner – Jolly s1 model These belt cleaners are designed for cleaning and sanitizing the belt during production, being placed on the belt return. This steam cleaning tool is placed in a static position in contact with the conveyor belt, and is recommended on plastic, Teflon or smooth steel conveyor belts. Based on the needs, the operator chooses the steam + water mode to remove visible residues, or steam only for sanitization. In both cases the suction continues and allows to leave the belt perfectly dry. The Jolly S1 belt cleaner is very easy to remove for cleaning and sanitizing. If the customer has a main steam, REA is able to supply this washing machine with the customer’s steam.
