The SQ series from RECOM sister company PCS comprises high-efficiency DIN-RAIL power supplies with ratings from 60W to 1500W and single trimmable DC outputs of alternatively +12V, +24V or +48V dependent on variant. Input AC ranges include nominal 24Vac and single/three phase mains for all standard voltages between 80 and 576 Vac, 50/60Hz. Additionally, most parts accept high voltage DC inputs from 80Vdc up to 810Vdc depending on variant. Units are fully enclosed and self-contained with included EMC filtering, inrush current limiting, fusing and output protection against over-current, over-voltage and short circuits. The CE-marked SQ series complies with industrial standards for safety and EMC, and housings meet the requirements for industry-standard TS35 metal DIN-rail mounting defined by EN 50022 for electrical cabinet installation. Connections are by screw terminals and some variants include an output inhibit control. Housing size of the SQ series varies from 106 x 140 x 50mm for the 60W part to 246 x 264 x 80mm for the fan-cooled 1500W part. The SQ series is ideal for use in applications such as industrial controls, battery chargers, PLCs, instrumentation and other DC loads where high performance and reliability are paramount.
