Poles Welding machine for the industry CMF Groupe has made several Automatic Poles welding Machines. - Submerged Arc with single wire, - Twin/tandem, - Plasma. These welders realize the longitudinal seam on tapered (round poles of polygonal poles), in standard lengths of 10 to 16 meters . We have already realized machines wich able to weld up to 2500mm diameter poles. The moving carriage receiveing the pole and multiple conformation arms ensure efficient welding with a single operator. The multi-pole shells (2 or 4) can also be welded in several steps,with adapted tools.
