This is normal symptom and toward each suction cup please use one hand to tug the bottom of cell phone and push it upward and with the other hand to lift the grip of suction cup, about the other suction cup, please in the same way support the bottom of cell phone with one hand to lift upward and with the other hand to hold grip of the other suction cup and lift grip to erect. You can check whether 2 suction cups (or 1 suction cup) well suck up the surface of cell phone. Caution: Suction cup should be the center of cell phone for center of load to lift both glass and LCD with even force with equilibrium. If you position suction cup at the side of cell phone, equilibrium of lifting force is lost, and you may break the glass.
