These chains feature hollow pins in which attachments and cross rods can be inserted into any link without disassembling the chain. Thus, hollow pin chains provide great design versatility. The gearing dimensions of the chain (pitch, roller diameter, internal width) are identical to the corresponding standard solid pin chain. Regina manufactures hollow pin chains in the American and European series, single and double pitch, with or without rollers. The double pitch series is supplied either rollerless or with large diameter rollers. Upon request, Regina can make double strand hollow pin chains. Carbon steel and stainless steel hollow pin chains are available.
