With the TR 55 LCD pneumatic glue gun, you can process hot melt adhesives in the form of granules, pillows or 43mm sticks. Application as dot, line or bead pattern is possible. The electronic temperature control with LCD display enables precise settings. NEW from version.2 – even more convenient working and improved workflow The new version of the TR 55 LCD has been equipped with a number of features that make working even more convenient and can help to improve the workflow. • Improved cover plate to prevent faults in the ventilation even better • Comfort closure, for faster filling (opening and closing) of the lid • Air supply hose with 1.5 times the internal diameter for an even shorter reaction time when releasing the adhesive • Continuous air hose from the applicator to the compressed air connection (no connecting elements in between) The glue gun TR 55 LCD works with hot-melt glues of high and low viscosities in granulate and stick forms. The hot-melt adhesive is applied through air pressure. Pneumatic glue guns increase work speed and simplify exact dosing of the glue. Thanks to the built in electronic temperature regulation the glue gun is ready to work within 3 to 10 minutes. Furthermore, it keeps the temperature on a constant level thus is a perfect suit for processing temperature-sensitive hot-melt glue. A LCD-display and push-buttons allow a precise temperature adjustment. This way, the user always knows the current temperature of the glue applicator and is able to apply the glue at the intended temperature. The glue gun TR 55 LCD can be loaded with granulate, pillows and 43 mm slugs.
