Suspended solids removal
Dissolved air flotation circular cells.
RAF Dissolved air flotation circular cells are shallow-water circular type having a rotating bridge driven at the outer circle.
The main characteristic of the RAF is the feeding and distribution system of the air/water mixture.
The flotation is provided by the vertical movement of the dissolved air which, once released the air bubble bind to the suspended solids and carry them upwards.
Unlike the traditional rectangular deep-water flotation cells, the circular type allows a longer retention time, the possibility to adjust the sludge thickness and scrape only partially the surface generating a much drier sludge.
The efficiency is the highest in the range.
Dairies.
Slaughterhouses.
Petroleum application.
Waste streams with high grease concentration.
The broad range allows to have a suitable unit for every application.
From 10 to 500 m3/h
