The REMA-workshop machines are characterised by a stable and practical machine construction. Its vibration-free operation ensures a long lifetime and thus a rational and economic application in industry and craft. Through various accessories the machine can be easily adapted to your field of application. The REMA tool grinders in the series DS 07/ST and DS 12/ST are especially characterised by their robust construction and high rigidity, which enables a perfect grinding result when grinding lathe tool and turn plates. The machine’s drive motors can be delivered single-speed and pole-changeable and have a reverse switch for left and right hand rotation. For a universal usage, the machines can optionally be equipped with fixed lateral support tables ATF or with spring-mounted oscillating tables ATS. Both versions of the support tables are axially adjustable and fixable, the table inclination is continuous adjustable from -5° till + 15° via tapered spindle. For an angular guidance of the tools an optional angular stop can be integrated in the t-nut of the support table. A LED lamp with spotlight can be chosen in our accessories for perfect illumination of the work area. The machines are nearly maintenance-free and thus enable an economic and rational usage in industry and craft.
