Description
Offering easy installation and handling, the Dome Cap Cable Gland provides resistance from impacts and abrasions even at extremely low temperatures. The connectors are intended to withstand constant bending and flexing with ease and could be used with a wide variety of cables, both outdoors & indoors.
The model is IP 68-rated, making it appropriate for underwater use to about 130 feet.
The Dome Caps Cable Glands series includes standard nylon connectors in a wide variety of sizes with either Pg or NPT threads. It features an extended Spiral-Flex for great support, preventing pointed kinks or bends, as well as protecting damage from good moving machine parts or machinery.
The materials are composed of a mixture of nickel-plate brass connector in NPT, Pg and ISO/Metric threads.
