Description

Excelitas offers 3 µm to 14 µm thermal infrared imaging lenses, which can be customized from a variety of substrate materials, including CaF2, ZnS, ZnSe, Ge, Si, and GaAs lenses from 6 mm to 250 mm diameters with a typical surface flatness of λ/10 (at 633 nm). In addition, our advanced plasma source (APS) coating technology for highly densified thin films provides superior environmental durability. Thin Film Engineering is the core technology of our company. With over 100 years of Thin Film manufacturing and design experience, Excelitas works closely as an extension of our customers' engineering and product development organizations to provide the most efficient and robust solutions for specific lens requirements.
