Excelitas non-polarizing cube beamsplitters deliver broadband, polarization insensitive operation and exceptional path length matching for reflected and transmitted beams. Our unique adhesive-free Activated Covalent Bonding (ACB) process, together with a series of high precision, proprietary fabrication techniques, enable consistency across cubes with subarcminute beam deviation accuracy and low wavefront distortion. Excelitas employs all dielectric, ion beam sputtered (IBS) coatings together with a high index of refraction contrast material set that result in precision beamsplitters. Our extensive knowledge of adhesive and non-adhesive bonds helps ensure uniform extinction ratios across the bond interfaces. Available in a variety of sizes and substrates, our non-polarizing plate beamsplitters provide polarization insensitivity over a broad wavelength range, using our precision IBS coating technology.
