AS Resinas uses two manufacturing processes for Rosin and Turpentine production, the traditional steam stripping process and the vacuum steam stripping process. The AS Resinas plant differs from its competitors in the Brazilian market due to its greater economy of scale, with a scale almost triple the traditional Brazilian size. In addition, the AS Resinas Group opted to automate its plant and thereby allow greater process control and reduce the range of variation of our products. Each of the Rosin manufactured by AS Resinas is more suitable for a certain application, due to its characteristics; AS Resinas seeks to understand the process of its customers and together identify the most suitable product for each specific application.
