Description

The 3DPro2502 series 3D laser scanner adopts the technology of 2D laser ranging. The laser beam is emitted from the laser radar to the outside, and when the laser beam is irradiated on the surface of the material, a reflected beam is generated. It is received by the photoelectric sensor inside the laser radar. By measuring the flight time of the laser beam from emission to reception, the distance between the material surface and the laser radar can be obtained. The 3D laser scanner uses a 2D LiDAR to emit a laser line, which is matched with the movement trajectory of the bucket wheel cantilever or crane in the material factory, allowing the 3D laser scanner to rotate or move in another dimension for detection. The inventory system is equipped with a unique splicing registration algorithm, which splices and registers the original point cloud data detected by each laser line of the 3D laser scanner to form a complete 3D scanning of the material surface in the measurement area. The material inventory system combines image processing, big data analysis, AI, machine learning, cloud storage, and computing technologies to analyze and convert the 3D point cloud data of the material surface, establish high-precision and high-resolution 3D models, calculate the quality, volume, material level, and other related material parameters, point cloud data can be output to optimize process linkage control at the same time.
