The body of electric heater is made of galvanized plate which is good at high temperature resistance, heat reflection rate and corrosion resistance. There are two rubber seal ring
installed at the end of the electric heater to make it easier to be connected with other ducts.
Installation:
The length of a straight pipe connecting the heater and an unit should be a bit higher than the distance to temperature sensor which should be equal or higher than three times diameter of this pipe (like it is shown on the picture below).
Operation:
The heater enables to achieve the required temperature of air after the heater (in the direction of airflow). It is realised by constant comparison of temperature measured by the
temperature sensor with the one set by user with the temperature knob. Based on the difference, the controlling system of the heater adjust the heating capacity of the heater
to achieve and maintain the required air temperature. It uses PWM method for it.
Moreover, in case of using item as a preheater, it is recommended to mount NTC temperature sensor in the exhaust duct and set temperature on the knob to 5°C.
