Description

CA100 is a multi-type controller that can be connected to one or more gas detectors to monitor gas leakages such as flammability, toxicity and oxygen. Each gas detector installed on the site is connected 1:1 to the gas alarm unit within the Multi-type controller and sends a gas concentration signal to the gas alarm unit. When the alarm value is exceeded, the signal is automatically sent to the Common alarm unit to activate the visual and auditory alarms. The CA100 can be monitored by connecting with external systems (PLC, DCS, etc.) using analog signal DC 4-20 mA and digital communication signal RS-485 Modbus output. • CA100 Multi-type controllers are composed as Common Alarm Units and Gas Alarm Units • 1 to 64 gas alarm units can be extended in 1 common alarm unit • DIN case type design allows product configuration in various forms (Wall mount type, Panel mount type, 19" Rack type) • 4-Digit FND & Bar-Graphics to display gas concentration • Displaying alarm concentration values in Bar-Graphics • Gas alarm value can be set arbitrarily • 3 gas alarms, 1 fault displayed by LED and relay contact output • Easy to understand the alarm by using the Peak hold function of the gas concentration value • Built-in self-diagnosis test function. It can give reliability. • User Preferences is possible with a variety of features built into the microprocessor • Provide relay output for connection with FAN or external alarm system in case of gas leakage
