This 500 Ton Heated Platen Press is designed to carry out work with heated molds or heated platens, since the insulation between the plates is standardly made. These presses are mainly used in the production of composite materials, rubber and many other components that require heat in their production. Obviously we can manufacture these hydraulic presses with the hot plates itself as well and we have them available up to 3000 ton capacity. We design this Profi Press SMC-Press with an upper- and lower table with T-grooves to easily mount moulds and tools. Equipped with a chrome plated ram cylinder. The hydraulic unit is standard provided with an air-oil cooling system. This 500 Ton Heated Platen Press has a control panel featuring a touch screen. The control system permits programming the power, the cylinder stroke and pressure-time. Also, if we supply the heated plates, the temperature is adjustable on the control panel as well. And the machine operator operates this hydraulic press by means of two-hands push buttons.
