The heating elements which have safe, efficient finned heating elements made of carbon steel or stainless steel and heat the air effectively,economically and silently. The surface is greater than the plain versions for the same sheath diameter. In this manner maximum heat to the level of 85% heat is transmitted evenly, rapidly heating large volume of low temperature air through convection. The various shapes like the M shaped, U shaped,flat and linear having circular or rectangular fins are available to meet the desired requirements. The proper fitment of the heater makes it reliable and safe which also provides only 1% linear expansion of the sheath with its maximum temperature of 350°C. The finned heating elements supplied by us are usually used for domestic heating, air conditioning and industrial machinery and processes. They can be used for specialised requirements for professional drying and baking machines.
