High-temperature cartridge heater

Our manufacturing unit comprises of PTC medium dense heating components for utilization in applications with maximum temperatures of 220°C. For a resistive wire, PTC cartridges have a ceramic semiconductor with positive temperature coefficient, isolated from the sheath by a layer of high pressure magnesium oxide. This kind of heater does not require any overheating protection system, as when the temperature rises, resistance increases thereby limiting the power usage. The PTC cartridges are utilized for secondary domestic heating like towel warmers, industrial/commercial refrigeration for heating the water from defrosted refrigerated counters or for anti-condensation on various applications.
