Flat and silicone etched foil heating elements are supplied for intense heating applications in limited spaces. Excellent heat distribution and efficiency are guaranteed with the .8-mm thick insulating silicone sheets. The heaters may feature single-side adhesion or be vulcanized directly onto a metallic backing. Pre-shaping to customer requirements is also possible. When the specific powers of the elements are correctly defined by engineers, in accordance with the project, and the knowledge is combined with the ideal application method, a virtually infinite life cycle is ensured for the silicone etched heating properties. The working temperature maximum is 200 °C, or 175 °C with the adhesive. These elements are not only available for advanced industries such as telecommunications and aeronautics, but also for the medical and wellness trades and even catering equipment.
