Description

Measuring principle guided microwave radar Signal output 1xPNP + 1xPNP/NPN + 4÷20 mA/0÷10V Process connection 3/4" NPT or 3/4" Gas AISI 303 - AISI 316L - PEEK (with hygienic certifications) With the principle of guided microwave it is possible to measure continuously the level of liquid and pasty. The pulses at high frequency microwaves are guided along the bar, reflected from the surface of the product and detected by the processing electronics, to provide the desired output is a continuous signal of both static signals. The guided microwave level transmitteris particularly recommended for: Level monitoring in hygienic applications Manually retractable monoprobe up to 2,000 mm long with Ra ≤ 0.8 μm Process temperature up to 150 °C, process pressure up to 16 bar CIP/SIP resistant High enclosure rating IP 67 and IP 69K Interchangeable hygienic process connections 3-in-1: combined display, analog output and binary output Analog output 4÷20 mA / 0÷10 V, switchable, plus two binary outputs Benefits Robust design increases service life High flexibility due to retractable probe and interchangeable connection concept Cost savings thanks to multiple output signals: one system for level detection and continuous level monitoring Maintenance-free and quick to commission, saving time and costs No calibration or recalibration required for commissioning, thus saving time and costs PRODUCT FEATURES Detection type - Continuous measurement Programming method - From keyboard Documentation included - English instructions manual Explosion protection - Safe zone Properties of the fluid - Viscous / Sticky, Aggressive, Foamy
