The HPX High Pressure Calibrator is a high precision calibration tool for pressures between 0 bar and 700 bar. Additional functions such as zero point reset, peak and minimum pressure value indication and leakage measurement make it even easier to perform measurements. This Calibrator is used to generate pressure for the purpose of checking and calibrate the mechanical and electronic pressure measuring devices, with the help of comparative measurements. The pressure generator is housed together with the pressure display in a functional structure. It is possible to quickly increase the pressure on a unit under test mounted on the calibrator, and monitoring is made easy thanks to the integrated display. The units under test with a G1/4" thread can be connected directly to the pressure connection connection for the unit under test. The pressure increases and is precisely adjusted by means of a screw compressor integrated into the device (element: hydraulic oil). The measurement activity is facilitated by a wide range of functions, such as setting a zero point for pressure, displaying the maximum and minimum pressure values, or measuring dispersion. In addition, the applied pressure can be viewed directly on a computer via the integrated interface (USB converter), after which it can be saved, processed or managed in any way you want. It is ideal for use in the field. The pressure is measured by the integrated LEX1 pressure gauge and is both shown on the display and output via the RS485 interface.
