Description

The HM-TRI turbine flow meter series is used to measure continuous and discontinuous flow rates. They are primarily employed for measuring the flow of water, alcohol, disinfectants, and detergents in the pharmaceutical and food sectors. These flow meters are particularly suitable for various applications, including consumption measurement, dosing, and process control. Their versatility allows for precise monitoring of the consumption of substances such as pharmaceutical liquids, ultrapure water, alcohol, disinfectants, and cleaning agents. Only high-quality steels and materials that can withstand corrosive liquids are used in the production of turbine flow meters. Combined with the innovative flushable PTFE bearings, the HM-TRI ensures excellent measurement accuracy in compliance with all common material specifications in the pharmaceutical sector. The design is free from dead spaces and can be cleaned in place (CIP), thus meeting the highest hygiene standards. The instrument is equipped with a Tri-clamp fitting compliant with DIN 32676, making it suitable for connection to pipes that adhere to the DIN 11866 series A standard. Short response times, highly dynamic performance, and high measurement accuracy ensure precise regulation and control of flow rates in the most demanding applications.
