The ZHM-MK gear flow meter, designed with ball bearings, is primarily used for measuring the flow of lubricants and low-viscosity liquids. It is particularly employed for fuel consumption measurement and dosing of low-viscosity fluids.
Only high-quality steels that can withstand corrosive liquids are utilized in the production of gear flow meters. Combined with the use of high-precision ball bearings, the ZHM-MK model ensures optimal measurement accuracy and long-term durability even under the most challenging operating conditions. The ball bearing enables a very low starting torque of the measuring element, allowing for precise measurement even at low flow rates.
Short response times, highly dynamic performance, and high measurement accuracy guarantee precise regulation and control of flows in demanding applications.
For hazardous area applications, we offer intrinsically safe sensors and amplifiers with Ex protection, complying with standards such as ATEX, IECEx, CSA, and others. Additional certifications, such as EAC (TR-CU), are also available.
