The Vibration Levels of the LBV301 family perform robustly and accurately the communication function of full, empty or need in bulk material.
Thanks to the bar construction, it is not possible to interlock loose material. The probe is easy to clean and immune to contamination, making it suitable for use in the pharmaceutical or food industry.
The robust construction of the stainless steel sensor is piezoelectrically operated; if the bar is covered with bulk material, then the amplitude of the oscillations changes.
This change is detected and converted into a switching signal.
With a wide variety of threaded and flange connections as well as various electronic variants, this series offers a solution for almost any application even in explosive atmospheres.
