Electronic volume converter ELCORPLUS series

Its robust design together with remarkable modularity covers all requirements in the field of gas measurement. The battery-powered ELCORplus converts gas volume at operating conditions to gas volume at base conditions according to the equation of state. Information about the gas volume in the pipeline is received by pulsed signals in low or high frequency, 1 and 100 imp/m³, respectively. Pressure information is given by a pressure switch (configurable as needed) while temperature by a 50-mm probe that can be housed in a special pocket of the EQZ, EQZK, and TRZ gauges; both probes come with a 10-m cable. The device is powered by an internal battery that provides power to the device for up to 18 years (the range is closely related to the configuration chosen). Interfacing with the outside world is by means of a 128 x 64 12-digit LCD display and a 6-button panel while connection with other systems is provided by the Modbus RS485 protocol and an optional 4...20 mA analog current output.
