Electronic volume converter ELCORPLUS series

Its robust design along with remarkable modularity covers all the requirements in the field of gas measurement. The ELCORplus model, powered by a battery, converts the gas volume under operating conditions into the gas volume at standard conditions according to the equation of state. Information about the gas volume in the pipeline is received through low or high-frequency pulse signals, respectively, at 1 and 100 pulses/m³. Pressure information is provided by a pressure switch (configurable based on needs), while temperature is measured by a 50 mm probe that can be housed in a dedicated pocket of the EQZ, EQZK, and TRZ meters. Both probes are equipped with a 10 m cable. The device's power supply is ensured by an internal battery, providing power for a maximum of 18 years (autonomy is closely related to the chosen configuration). The external interface is managed through a 128 x 64 LCD display with 12 digits and a 6-button keypad, while connection with other systems is guaranteed through the Modbus RS485 protocol and an optional 4...20 mA analog output.
