The RIL710 Level Sensor is equipped with high-frequency technology, allowing reliable operation even for detecting an adherent electrically conductive medium. The sensitivity and modes (N.O. or N.C.) of the switches can be easily set by placing a magnetic pen on the sensitive spot. The output signal is either a transistor with an open collector (PNP) or a two-wire electronic switch (S). This connection is made using two wires directly to a circuit with a relay or to the binary input of a control system.
The sensor is attached to the tube using two plastic clamps. The cable should be vertically oriented downwards. The maximum wall thickness of the tube is 8 mm.
