The SRZ-KL series of helical flow meters, characterized by a ball bearing design, is primarily used in highly viscous, non-abrasive, and lubricating fluids. They are designed for precise volumetric flow measurement in various liquids, including hydraulic and gear oils, fats and waxes, water/glycol mixtures, light and heavy fuel oils, and various types of fuels. They can also handle thixotropic liquids.
These helical meters feature an innovative design particularly suitable for use in test benches. Viscosity variations caused by temperature fluctuations have only a minimal impact on measurement accuracy. Additionally, thanks to the ball bearings, even the smallest volumetric flows can be reliably detected, even at low viscosities.
Only high-quality steels capable of withstanding corrosive liquids are used in the production of helical flow meters. The use of stainless steel precision ball bearings ensures excellent measurement accuracy and long-term durability, even under extreme application conditions.
The SRZ-KL series offers a wide measurement range and low pressure loss, enabling precise regulation and control of flows in complex applications. Short response times, dynamic performance, and high measurement accuracy contribute to reliable results.
For hazardous environments, intrinsically safe sensors and amplifiers with Ex protection are available, complying with ATEX, IECEx, CSA, and other standards.
