The SRZ-ST helical flow meter series, designed with tungsten carbide sleeve bearings, are measurement devices primarily used with high-viscosity, abrasive, lubricating, and non-lubricating fluids. This range includes polyurethanes, polymers, adhesives and sealants, insulation materials and coatings, light and heavy oils, petrochemical products, and various fats and oils with varying viscosities.
Thanks to its innovative concept, temperature variations and the resulting viscosity changes minimally affect the measurement accuracy of these devices. This makes them particularly suitable for use in hydraulic test benches with variable viscosity fluids and measurements under changing conditions. Furthermore, the helical flow meter stands out for its wide measurement range, low impact on the measured fluid, and minimal pressure loss.
