In the production of ZHM-HP flow meters, only high-quality steels that can withstand the action of corrosive liquids are used. The use of tungsten carbide bearings, in combination with these steels, ensures excellent measurement accuracy and long-term durability even in the most demanding operating conditions. Their extremely robust design, special coatings, and high-pressure connections enable their use in extreme applications and at very high operating pressures. Additionally, thanks to the ball bearings, the measuring element requires a very low starting torque, allowing for precise measurement even of the lowest flows at low viscosities. The combination of different gear sizes and modules allows for a wide range of flow meters that can cover a broad range of flow rates. This makes the ZHM-HP model ideal for various applications in the field of measurement, as well as for injection and dosing.
