The QAe flow meters, using volumetric counting obtained from an axial turbine, manage to provide instantaneous flow and cumulative flow measurements with an accuracy that reaches up to ±1.5% of the instantaneous flow value. The self-lubricating bearings contribute to ensuring durability and maintenance of initial performance even after years of use. These flow meters play an essential role in monitoring gas consumption in various devices, such as boilers, ovens, and other large equipment used in industrial or commercial plants. Thanks to their ability to provide accurate consumption data, it is possible to optimize production and heating processes, leading to a significant overall increase in energy efficiency. To ensure the correct functioning of the meter, if particles such as rust are expected in the gas flow, it is necessary to install a filter upstream of the meter to guarantee the apparatus's long lifespan.
