The HD49 series transmitters are used for temperature, relative humidity and dew point control in the HVAC/BEMS (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning/Building Energy Management System) sector in various applications, such as pharmaceutical, museum , clean rooms, ventilation ducts, industrial and civil sectors, crowded places, cellars, auditoriums, gyms, animal farms and greenhouses.
These transmitters are available with passive 4÷20 mA analogue output.
Some versions have only a standard analogue output, suitable for transmission to a remote viewer, recorder or PLC.
Other versions only have an RS485 serial output, suitable for connection to a PC or PLC.
Relative humidity is measured via a temperature-compensated capacitive sensor, which ensures precise and reliable measurements over time.
The models are available with two probe temperature ranges: standard (-20°C to +80°C) and extended (-40°C to +150°C) for more critical applications.
The sensors are protected by a 10 μm stainless steel filter to prevent the ingress of dust and particles (other types of filters are available for different applications).
Transmitters are factory calibrated and require no further adjustments by the installer.
