We understand that manually opening plastic pouches can often be labour intensive; therefore we manufacture conical pouch opening machines that quickly form pouches with a gusset style base by blowing food grade air into the container through clean air filters. Our pouch opening units can be supplied as a stand alone option to be integrated into existing packaging systems, fitted to a bench, or included in a Riggs Autopack filling machine.
